As the campaign drives around the district, Stockton has a trash problem. The problem is everywhere in Stockton. It's on the streets, and sidewalks.
The city needs to address this problem, because it is everywhere. Where are the homeless shelters? Where did the millions of dollars go towards that supposedly was going to get the homeless off the streets of Stockton? Who spent the money?
Is the homeless issue being used to fleece more tax money from the tax paying citizens while nothing gets done?
